  • Go to chesskingsandqueens.com website
  • Click on schedule page and choose your academy location
  • Click on REGISTER tab below that page, it will redirect to the parent-orbit portal
  • Login to parent-orbit by email ID and password
  • Continue with new registration by clicking REGISTRATION
  • Activate your account option is only for academy members
  • Click on continue, the page redirect to the choose program page
  • Select add new option and fill the required fields and then click on next
  • Select your academy location, program type and program
  • Select the appropriate program by clicking on the checkbox and click next
  • Check the student name, location, program, class, fees description and then click on Save and Continue
  • Read the payment terms and conditions and fill the mandatory fields, click on continue
  • Select any one payment method and fill the required details
  • Click on submit payment
    CK&Q Membership – $150/year (Siblings - $250/year)
  • The membership option with CK&Q is a great value for your money. Even if you do classes for just 8 months, you will recover the membership money back and all other discounts will be added benefits. Having said that, we recommend our new students to take a month or two to get used to our classes and find out if your son/daughter are really interested in chess and then consider the membership.
  • Members get a discount in all our services:
  • Monthly classes are $100 per student ($20 off)
  • Monthly classes are $180 for sibling members ($20 off)
  • 10% off on our summer camps (up to $50 off)
  • $5 off in every tournament you play in our academy

  • Select the name from the dropdown box and then click on next
  • Select the location (academy location in which you have registered)
  • Select program type (Membership)
  • Select program (CKQ membership) and then click next
  • Click on the checkbox of the Select a program/class, and click next
  • Check the student name, location, program, class, fees description and then click on Save and Continue
  • Select any one payment method and fill the required details
  • Click on submit payment
  • HOW TO RESCHEDULE THE RECURRING CLASSES ?
  • Login to Parent-Orbit portal by Email ID and Password
  • Click on REGISTRATION tab and choose CURRENT REGISTRATION option
  • List of pre-scheduled classes will be displayed
  • On the appropriate class schedule click on REQUEST RESCHEDULE button
  • Select the change schedules option and choose the class which you like to reschedule
  • Select the start date option and choose the date for rescheduling the classes from the calendar view
  • Click on the SUBMIT tab to finish the rescheduling process
  • HOW TO RESCHEDULE THE PARTICULAR CLASS ON A PARTICULAR DATE?
  • Login to Parent-Orbit portal by Email ID and Password
  • Click on REGISTRATION tab and choose MY CLASSES AND SCHEDULES option
  • Calendar view of your classes and schedules will be displayed
  • Choose the particular class which you like to reschedule
  • CLASS DETAILS tab will be opened and click on the REQUEST RESCHEDULE button
  • Request reschedule page will be opened and in the CHANGE TO option select the rescheduling date from the drop-down box
  • Give a description about rescheduling in the comment box
  • Click on the Submit reschedule request button to finish the rescheduling process
